Om International Yoga Health Society has office located in Brij Enclave Colony, in the holy place known as Sunderpur, in Varanasi, in the state of Uttar Pradesh, in North India. Its Yoga Centre is situated at upper the Preshak Book-shop B. 1/229-A and Opp. Alok Nursing Home, on Assighat Road, Assi, in Varanasi, in the state of Uttar Pradesh, in North India. The founder of Om International Yoga Health Society is Smriti Singh. She is a qualified teacher of Yoga. Her initial initiative was to promote the best practice of yoga as spiritual path and therapeutic support. In holy Indian town Varanasi, She is born and lives. She received her certificate in yoga from International Yoga Ashram located in Nagwa Assi with Yoga Acharya Methai Lal Sonaker. She also received a certificate from Benares Hindu University. She also did practice with Yogiraj Rakesh Yogi from Yogayatan International and with Doctor Bagish Shastri from Vagoy Mae Chatetana Peetham, in Varanasi.

The teachings of Smriti Singh range from authentic Indian tradition, yoga to Ayurveda. In 2009, she was on a European tour to Holland and Belgium. It was just the initial step of internationalization. During 2010, 2011 and 2012, she conducted yoga workshop in Austria, Holland, Belgium and Italy. Her students invited her to USA, England, France and Spain. She along with her team is very hard working with much dedication and commitment to spread the seed of Yoga and Ayurveda among the needy within the nation and abroad.

Vaspa Svedana or Medicated steam bath - With the head remaining outside, the body is perfectly placed in a special chamber. Indications are heaviness, general weakness, joint disorders, excess fat, spondylitis, arthritis, etc.

Vamana or Therapeutic Emesis - In this particular therapy medicated liquid in the form of juice or milk is given to an individual in order to induce natural vomiting. In this manner phlegm, undigested food, harmful gastric secretions etc. This helps to expel by cleaning the abdomen and chest. Indications are chronic skin diseases, sinusitis, loss of appetite, epilepsy, dyspepsia, asthma, mental diseases, toxicity, indigestion, etc.

Verecana or Therapeutic Purgation - In this therapy, ayurvedic tablets, powder or medicated oil are given to an individual for purgation. It largely assists to revitalize the metabolic process and digestion. Indications are gastro-intestinal disorders, acidity, paralysis, rheumatoid arthritis, jaundice, bronchial asthma, ano-rectal diseases, constipation, etc.

Basti or Therapeutic Eneama - It is a most effective treatment. It helps in reducing the condition of exacerbated vata dosha. It gives relief to chronic constipation, lower stress and nervousness, insomnia, lower back pain, etc. the procedure of Basti treatment is comfortable and gentle. Indications are hemiplegia, lumbago, arthritis, gynecological disorders, sexual disfunction, weight loss, constipation, neurological disorders, etc.

Nasya or Therapeutic Errhines - It is the best specific therapy for the disease related to neck and head. In this treatment, herbal juice or medicated oil is directly introduced through the nostrils. Then it spreads to the different regions of head and removes the toxic materials by directly cleaning the mental pathways, breathing airways and the blocked sinuses. Indications are premature graying and hair loss, mental disorders, sinusitis, insomnia, migraine, anxiety, chronic headache, etc.

Sirodhara - In Ayurveda, it is the most popular therapy. Here using a specially made apparatus, herbal water, buttermilk, milk or medicated oil is gently poured directly onto the forehead. This promotes better revitalization of the body and mind that reduces symptoms of stress and aids in anti-ageing. Indications are hypertension, stress, hair graying and hair loss, chronic headache, hemiplegia, asthma, sleeplessness, memory loss, mental diseases, depression, anxiety, etc.

Pizhichil or Oil Bath - In this therapy, warm herbal oil is poured gently onto the whole body while being nicely massaged. This therapy protects the body from disease and illness. Elakizhi or Leaf Massage - In this particular therapy the whole body is perfectly massaged with cloth bags that are filled with lemon, coconut pieces, fried medicinal leaves, etc. then in medicated oil, these bags are warmed and the whole body is perfectly massaged with it.
