Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple is located in the holy village named Dharmapuri, in the district of Karimnagar, in the state of Telangana, in South India. The primary deity of this shrine is Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy who is an incarnation of Lord Vishnu. This temple complex have sub-temples that are dedicated to Lord Shiva With Dakshinamurthy, Saptha Mathrukas and Vinayaka sculptured on one particular block of stone plus Mahishasuramardhani which is a sixty pillared temple, Sri Sita Rama swami temple, Akkapalle Rajanna temple and Mahalakshmi temple. According local legends, this particular temple is nearly 1000 years old. It is strongly believed that when Lord Rama was returning from SriLanka, found this Shiva Lingam and installed at this temple.
