When all planets except rahu and ketu are placed in 10th, 11th, 12th and 1st houses then Danda yoga gets formed. In this case kaal sarp yoga will also get formed as all the planets are placed in rahu ketu axis.

As far as kind of results one gets will depend upon how and in which house planets are placed.

If most of the planets are placed in their friends or in own or in exaltation or mooltrikona houses then native will get benefic results where as if most of the planets are in there adverse or in enemy signs then one will get negative results for same.

If some planets are in friends' houses or in own houses and some are in enemy houses then one will get mixed results.
